Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving. Item MUST be returned with ALL original packaging and accessories. If the item arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us for
instructions. Damaged or defective items are not subject to restocking fees. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period and we'll arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees. If shipped with white glove service and arrives damaged, item must be refused. After refusing item, a replacement will be sent. Returns with physical damage after white glove inspection may not be accepted.
